For Business plans
Credda Vendors
Vendor intake and compliance for the companies you pay. Collect the documents your vendors and contractors provide, track what is current and what has expired, and confirm each business is real. These are your own records about other businesses, never a report about a person and never a decision about anyone.
Keep a record of every company you pay
Add each vendor and contractor with the name you know them by and, if you have it, their registration number. It is your own book of who you work with, private to your organization.
Collect the documents they hand you
Upload the insurance certificate, the tax form, the registration. Each one is stored privately and only your admins can open it through a short-lived link. There is no public page for a vendor, ever.
See what is current and what has lapsed
Every document shows whether the date on it has passed, so a certificate that expired last month is not something you find out about after the fact. Empty is a real state too: no expiry on file is said plainly, never dressed up as valid.
Confirm the business is real
The existence check states only that a registered business was found under that name, on the same staff-audited basis as the company badge. A plan buys the workflow and faster review, never the outcome, and a business that cannot be verified is not verified at any price.
Vendors lives in your company console, under its own section, for owners and admins. It is a Business plan feature, and removing a vendor or a document is never plan-gated, so a lapsed subscription can always take its own records down.
